Fabric card and Colourcard.
The main rule in this project was that you can not buy new materials. In this way we became more aware of sustainability and had to find solutions for this in a creative way.
Normally you work in a way that you already have a choice of fabric and color in your head. Now you had to work with what you have.

Prints

In atelier 2 there where three specializations we could choose from. Knitting, Printing or CadCam. This specialization had to be in the end results of your two outfits.

I chose printing. Before atelier 2 I already used a different way to put words on the skirt.  I hand-embroidered sequins on the skirt.

With screenprinting I made parody's of well known streetwear and sportswear brands. From the brand 'KAPPA' I made 'KAPPEN' (Dutch for 'Stop it'). And from FILA I made 'Fuck'.

To make my designs more 3D I also cutted out (with the lasercutter) the words 'Fuck Off' out of the straps.

All these words are words a victem is likely to use, or should use against the person doing them wrong.
